Síntese do concurso

A Cartoon that will be the cover of the book of a Mexican author who addresses the possible future scenarios for Mexico from his analysis on culture, politics and economy of Mexico and the world today. The author invites readers not to have orthodox views of the world that implies following foreign recipes by academics or economists that more often than not are divorced of the local reality.

We have provided an example of a cartoon (a violinist) however it seems as if this cartoon is not subtle or elegant for a book of this kind. Therefore we have thought that maybe (this idea of not knowing or showing that there are multiple ways to go instead of one sole recipe) could be illustrated with a ball of yarn, but this instead of being made of yarn it could be made of tangled roads, to convey an idea of entanglement, confusion.

  Hey, thank you... I´m not quite sure this is something for the cover.. I´m not convinced if you see it in a shelf the book would feel appealing...I like the art but I don´t feel its persuasive...maybe the mistake has been being so specific about the drawing and therefore limiting your own creativity.. I´m trying to see how I can improve my explanation of the contest...
