Completed 2 page registration form as described within brief using colours that reflect logo and grading. Any tweaks to this design can be requested. The Final files will be supplied in a PDF/X:2001 ready for the printer or in any file format that is required. The artwork will be supplied in a format suitable for web/e-mail.
