Second design
Dear Mr Coache. This is a second design which will be great for you. I can change this to full blue or any colour you want but I think the blue and yellow is a great colour. It perfectly fits your layout requirements and is a great look for a property flyer which will let you stand out from the competition. Frankly I don't like the traditional design you posted as a sample which is why I'm posting these.

The 5th page with the word Extraordinary on it...I like this layout but also like the texture of the first yellow page with the logo.

The logo in the second picture isn't to scale...it is cut off and also has a gray color in the background which isn't what I want.

I like the modern twist in this design. I like the yellow. I would like to see a one page flyer design - 8.5 x 11. I like the texture.
