Síntese do concurso

I need a logo designed for a Canadian political candidate. Since this is for a Canadian audience, I would try to incorporate a maple leaf into the design.
The text should say" Brian Mitchell", and then "for National Council" should be written smaller. The text should be in some shade of royal / dark blue. I also plan to reverse the logo and have the text in white on a blue background, so it would be helpful to see that as an option too.
