Here is two arrow meaning expressing retrieve, transmit data.and also manupulation of data..I tried to make a global effect by the bottom of the arrows,And also it distributes information globally, or it working area. And tries to give a technological view....the first arrow s is meaning distribution information and 2nd arrows it storing and processing ........Thanks
