Hi! Added a stock image I have the rights for this time (open source). Looks nearly the same :) Also, added in another chat box near the bottom to re-enforce the CTA, and an 'online now' option to re-enforce that it's live. A service like Olark could also be used on the real site (haven't designed here) to enhance the chat aspect, would add another window to the bottom right. Also, I added a white overlay to the bottom image to dial the page back and make it look a bit cleaner again. Let me know if you've any other requests, thanks!

This one is really good. I showed this to people and they felt people might be concerned that the text-box is too abrupt, is there any way you can make it more appealing whilst keeping the general tone? I will award the prize to you. Thanks
