Dear contest holder, this is my design. I can provide the design according to your required size. This design is based on America's flag. The colors are also taken from the flag. It is totally a patriotic design. In the right you can see the blue tone which is from the flag and on your left the flag is with a red tone. In the middle the lion is the simbol of bravery and you can see the text in the top right corner said, One Nation Under God. So, overall I tried to make this design according to your need.
