I need a logo design for my freshly squeezed juice and smoothies bar called "Juice Me".

PLEASE SEE THE LOGO REFERENCES ATTACHED FIRST.

Here are my requirements:

1. I would like my logo to have the similar layout as the references (url.jpg or Rev4_thumb900.jpg).

2. I would like my logo not only to be eye-catching, professional, and attractive, but also to represent the relax and cheerful atmosphere.

3. I would like to have the cartoon character, the skinhead boy, in the logo along with the word "Juice Me". However, the cartoon character of the logo should also have the street art, naughty, and funny feels (to go along with the drinks name i.e. Juice Me Baby, Boner etc.). You can also play on the name. In the logo, the character could only show the face or holding something (smoothie cup, fruit, etc.) as well.

4. The main colors that I like are black, blue, orange, and white (however, the logo doesn't need to have all these colors. Only one or two would be enough as long as it looks good).

5. The logo, both color and B&W versions, needs to show the color shade that would stand out on the plastic cup when the drinks are poured in.

PSD and AI files are preferable.

making the competition sealed would make participation harder .. i would like to participate but at the same time seeing other designs would be a great help especially when the contest holder make a feedback ....
