Welcome to Airbus’s very first contest on Freelancer.com. We invite you to submit a mock-up design of an application that we plan to build for smart devices to manage asset tracking within Airbus plants. We are asking you for two deliverables as part of your submission. More details can be found in the attachment.
This is a design based contest only and we do not need you to build this application. However, we need you to take into account a coding effort evaluation to implement the real solution based on the mock-up proposed (time/cost). The best three proposals will be awarded as follows:
Winner 1 = 3000€
Winner 2 = 1500€
Winner 3 = 500€
Submission owners that have proposed great solutions, may be contacted for further collaboration opportunities on the project.

it wont be a gps based localisation, it will be another source feeding the xml or potentially json stream, which is not the mandatory for this challenge.

Hi, i have some questions:
- Are you open to use material design framework instead of bootstrap for the responsive design.
- When in the specification you are referring to the industrial environmental constraints, what exactly are you referring to? The specific limitations of the devices screen sizes, or any other one?
- What fields would be used for the health monitoring? Just the status and date_last_maint_review?
- What fields would be used for the calibration and traceability?Just the date_last_maint_review and cal_policy?
- From what i've understood from the specification you don't plan to use any localization services of the client device(e.g: smartphone gps location) to show the current user location on the plant, is that correct?

4) same remark for calibration. For 3) and 4) on smartphone we may always used these two fields, while in tablets we may add additional fields.
