Hi!
I'd like you to create a high-quality logo for a company called Laketown.
It's a student accommodation company located in a city in Sweden next to a "lake" so please do not use any palms or exotic trees/birds.
Would be great if you could do something with perhaps waves, a house and some gulls. Or why not an anchor so feel free to post a lot of variations!
It should contain two rows of text: 1st row should be Laketown and the 2nd row beneath Laketown should be Student Accommodation like this: https://gyazo.com/1155cad402b51f732342e8bf014f771b.
