Need a simple, good-looking logo to be the cover of a new marketing handout we're developing.

Name of the report will be a Hi-Lo report (acronym for High Impact Low Occurrence), and it's a report that details things in commercial real estate that have a high impact on the performance of a property, but don't occur often.

This report will cover 3 offerings, and we initially referred to the report as a "Big 3" report, but like the potential of the Hi-Lo name better.

Colors scheme and text font doesn't need to be identical to our company logo, but should be complimentary.

  Please consider playing with the hyphen (dash) between Hi and Lo, and maybe playing with the alignment of Hi and Lo, so that they're off-center. I'm excited to see what you come up with!
