I have tried to utilise the space in best possible way, vehicle parking is avoided in front for lower pollution and front elevation asthetics. As per requirements i have provided greenery garden, small water body, shaded outdoor sitting. I have tried keeping colour pallete minimalistic and no changes to existing building just modification and renovation is made.
