Here is an initial version of how I'm moving your flow from Excel to Visio. Please let me know your feedback so I can continue based on your input. The main idea was to be as accurate as possible to your initial example, and if you are open to suggestions we can try to find out different alternatives to this flow (using the flexibility that Visio gives you) in order to better represent your process.
