Best contestant will create a beautiful modern day 3D model of the exterior and landscape. Floor plan and ground floor arrangements can change slightly to suit your model. I have attached examples of the type of building design that I look forward to see. So I will get revised ground floor plan, first floor plan and 3d rendered model of the exteriors.

The best contestant will have the reward to produce the details of the building including interior designs.
