mfbdiep, your #55 looks related to my #50 . Only difference is that yours swoops upwards & mine swoops downward. Did you really have to use "Now Managing Ashington Park" the same way I did? I guess so, since you saw I had a nice rating & decided to just take what I did & change some colors around. Very creative.

  Yes I did took idea from somewhere, but that would be the logo ;) have a close look at logo, it's just bigger structure... No offense; Your swoops are totally parallel. mine are enlarged vector version of logo background. Hope that clears out your confusion.

I see the entry of mine (22) that you gave 5 stars. Thanks. But what happened to the most recent one, the one with the original color version of the house in Ashington Park on the address side of the jumbo postcard? I uploaded it yesterday or the day before, I think, but I don't see it at all here. Did it not work? It was submitted before the deadline and I received no error messages of any kind. Please advise what I should do. I would like for you to see it, especially since I had said I would do this.

Here's my take on this...& I hope you take my opinion into consideration when picking your winner. If your flyer will be mailed along with a stack of junk mail to people's homes, do you really think they will stop and read paragraphs upon paragraphs of text? I have experience working in the advertisement industry & it is a known fact that people make their first impressions within the first 3 seconds. Weather it's a good impression or bad one depends on the marketing strategy/design. My design #50 is meant to command attention & get straight to the point in those first 3 seconds. Please reconsider my submission over the ones you gave a higher rating that have WAY to much info for a direct mailer.

  Actually, the design is one of my rejected design from one of my client in a different freelance website. I just altered the color of the flyer after i googled steve simpson in the internet. It was supposed to be a brochure design.

I just uploaded my third submission, trying what you talked about (with some adjustments). However, I noticed that somehow one line of text is white instead of black. I will re-upload it in a little while, with this fixed; I have to drive someone somewhere right now. But you can still see basically what it would look like.

I just submitted #20, taking into account your updated brief. Let me know your thoughts. Now that I understand your direction, if you preferred #12, I can change it so that Central Florida PM is more dominant than "Ashington Park" & maintain the same feel & color scheme. Thanks again :)

  Hi! US Postcard size is 5.46" x 4.21". Jumbo post card is 8.5" x 5.47". Hope that helps!
  This will be for print only, yes. And yes, it could be full color front and back. I'm looking for the most effective piece; if that can be accomplished with or without color I don't have a preference either way.
