We are a machine and tactical parts manufacturing company looking for a like minded person to help with this. I am looking for someone to help re draw two items. First a character that we have been working on. It needs to be converted into high resolution digital art work once its been re drawn. We have a hand drawn version of the character that I have attached. This character is edgy, bold, full of attitude etc. This will be used for T shirts, hats, stickers etc. You can see that he is "flipping the bird" and we would like to fix that so its more noticeable. Logo needs to maintain the theme that it currently has described with words like Redneck, Merica, guns, muscles, American bad ass, cigars, dip in your lip, and a bit hillbilly. Second is to take the letters "BF" (Blue Falcon) and turn them into a similar more professional logo that can be laser cut into our parts that is more simplified but still "bad ass".

Please do not add the word Character to the logo. Freelancer will not let me remove it from the title description, I'm am asking you to draw a Character not spell it out.

Hello I am very interested in this contest and would love to enter. I just wanted to ask if we are allowed to make some changes to the character so long as we stay true to who he is? Also for the logo do you want Blue Falcon to be the logo and then also have a BF Symbol or just the BF? This will help me to plan out my design more efficiently. Thanks.

  Yes please! Put your own stank on the character. Use your creativity. Just stay true to the theme. As far as the BF goes be creative with that also. It can’t be too cluttered though just because it has to be lasered into steel machinery. So keep it more simple but still a bit “merica” and hillbilly.

I’ve added two more pictures of ideas and the direction of the simple logo. Check them out, I threw these together on my computer. Was hoping to have you professionals take this and run with it! It’s a contest so let’s compete here! :)

Let me reiterate we appreciate all the hard work everyone is putting into our logo but we are not the corporate type and this logo will never be on the walls on a corporate offices, we are more of an edgier company and prefer the styles of artist like Troy Lee, Von Dutch and Ed Roth and want everything about our logo to reflect these complete lack of “corporate” values or look.
We are getting many similar looking logos that have the appearance of copy/paste with slight tweaks all in the wrong direction.
If you’re an artist and understand what I’m talking about I’m sure we can work on the details and get you everything you need to do a good job on this project.
