I’m putting together a fill-able Business Loan application that carries my company’s branding from the very first page. The final deliverable will be a polished, print-ready (and ideally form-fillable) PDF that I can hand to prospective borrowers without any extra editing on my end. Here is what I need it to contain: • A prominent placement for my company logo and contact details. • Two clearly labeled sections—Applicant Information and Company Information—laid out so the borrower knows exactly where to type or write each response. The look should remain professional, clean, and easy to follow; white space is welcome as long as the document still feels cohesive. Once the design is approved, please lock in the fields so nothing shifts when users input text, and send me both the ready-to-use PDF and an editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator, or other). I’ll review for: • Accurate use of my brand colors and logo. • Well-structured, consistently aligned form fields. • A PDF that opens flawlessly on desktop and mobile readers. If you have previous examples of loan or financial PDFs, feel free to share—seeing your formatting skills upfront will speed up selection and feedback.
