Contest Brief

Hi,
I need a native chinese website designer to build a nice and clean website with e-payment integration (alipay). The site allows the user send a request to buy a product, once we received the request, a quote is provided, if they are happy then they goes through with the payment.
I like the site to be simplest in design. I like a clean design as well. It has to be modern, professional and futuristic looking so maybe use flash/Jave etc... Some logos and a form to submit the quote request. Needs to be integrated into alipay payment system.

    The site has to be done in chinese language so unless you can read/write chinese fluently its not something you want to do.
