Can you please suggest me, out of this two themes which is the best one and what's the reason or difference, the best one has out of the two themes.

Earlier I had a very bad experience in e-commerce site , that the product which appears single and independent it's size couldn't be alter so i am worried will same issue come even this themes.

MY requirement is to create a Real Estate website with 1.Homepage, 2.About US, 3. Our Projects (completed, current, future), 4.Contact US 5. NRI Investment 6. Careers 7. Gallery.

This would be the simple site explaining our real estate project of selling plots apart i want to have one advance feature along with it of
8 option as PROPERTIES - 'sale' or 'rent' under which properties could be listed by any organisation, agents or customers freely or premium hence Google MAP is the key factor for this site.

So please analyse as per this requirement and could even suggest me if any premium theme available better than this.
