Design required for Real Estate Lawyer. Although the agency is established this is a new joint venture with separate name and logo. Looking for smart but vibrant design.

Logo design for the other company attached. The new logo has to follow similar design lines but read 'myhome/convey'. The 'myhome' design needs to remain the same but the 'convey' can be different so long as it remains in a similar box.
