Contest Brief

I need a classified ads website. The website should be build not as a wordpress plugin . I need the website to have a user registration system . After a user registration he will be able to post ads using a form. also I need the website to have a customization for ads categories and details fields so the admin can add fields for the ads and add or delete categories . In the default fields I need the location field where the announcer should be able to insert a location and later people viewing the add can see in the add, on a map the location the announcer posted. In order to contact the ad poster the default fields should be phone, email , chat where the chat button should open a chat window with the user that posted the ad sending him a message if he is online on the website or a message to his inbox . Also I am interested in a dual English/Spanish website . You can take as reference for the design and functionality ideas from the website segundamano.es but I will really appreciate some innovative ideas for improving it .

  I would rather not use wp but if you can do something fantastic using it then you are free to do so. I would rather not use wp and plugins because updating sometimes can cause some features of the website to work incorrectly
