Fun Phone App for Leadership Training and Mgmt
As brief mentions it should be simple and fun app which promotes leadership training and helps in people management. I propose a basic simple app, where every single employee gets login access and logs in to app as unique identity. Everyone has right to push small leadership quotes, images in FB like feed accessible all these employees. People may tag or like these posts/feed items, and those could be filtered out on demand. This way people will keep getting smallest possible doses of training over the period of time in fun manner. At the same time, same feed can be used to appreciate your employees, and it will definitely improve people happiness in your organization. In summary, your organization's own Facebook like social setup but with tagging, filtering and categories like Reward, Training etc. . Must be implemented such way that its easy to use and has fun graphic to keep your employees engaged in lunch time or after office hours.

As it was about an idea, so I though of idea and shared with you. I am not application developer, I am a tester. So I will require it to be built by someone. Given chance I'd like to work as project manager for this group, working on specifications after understanding requirements and can test the same, but I have no experience of development. If you are fine allowing me to get it done by someone, I may try to do that. Is it an app for iOS or Android?
