     Thank you for the updates!
     Everything that I asked you to fix is looking good now... Only the Login box, I think it will look better below the Tools box. That being done, the layout should be pretty much perfect.
     Also, could you replace that background texture for something else?

     The entry you sent is too colorful, which disperses the user's attention.
     Also, you didn't fix some of the PSD's issues, like broken edges, etc.
