We need someone to design and create a dedicated marketing landing page for our Company.

We will drive traffic to the landing page, a visitor should not be able to navigate away from the landing page to our main website as we need to track visitors to the page and we need to define unique web enquiries from this page. So in other words we need a very informative marketing page that will describe our service, the design should be responsive as we will be focusing our campaign on mobile device users.

The page must include a submit form that users can use to submit their details such as:
Name
Surname
mobile numer
email address
Enquire drop down.
Comment

A very important aspect of this job is that the data that get`s completed by a user must populate in a SQL data base from where we can export it to Excel. We also need SMS message integration once a visitor completes a submit form. Also after a visitor completed a submit form we must send the visitor a thank you email and we need to send an email to our admin email with the details of the submission by the visitor.

So the two main aspects of this project is design and SQL data base with SMS integration, and remember it`s only one landing page.

Hi everyone participating in this contest. I have provided a few sample pages in the Word.doc file attached to the project description as well as a few other sample links in the clarification board. These samples are for guidance only, please do not assume that we want to have those sample links copied. We are looking for a unique design on this project and would not want to copy anyone else's work. The design must be exciting, eye catching with a funky, yet corporate look. The visitor that might want to use our service should see the "light at the of the tunnel" when going through the landing page, we need to get the message accross that we have the answer to their current financial position.

I would rather pay an extra $50 to the winning entry, that way someone at least benefits from making an effort to deliver unique design. You will notice that I changed the prize amount to $300.

  This is also not a full website that needs to be developed, I need a single marketing web landing page with functionality as per the specification. If I look at simillar projects that were done on Freelancer then my price offering is actually way above the average contract price.

  Yeah, that is more or less what I am looking for but not with so much text, the ideal design should have more visuals, I am also not looking for a complete website, just a marketing page that we can direct traffic to and the user must not be able to navigate to our main website from their as our main website is not responsive and we also need to track traffic to the marketing page.
