Digital Painting of Family as Manga in Studio Ghibli Style

My wife has recently finished her PhD. I would like to commission an illustration in the style of our favorite Studio Ghibli movie "Howl's Moving Castle" that depicts her in a graduation gown and me and my 5 month old son behind her. The characters should resemble us. The images attached are for reference only, I am not looking for a directly style transfer.

The illustration should be in the faux European mediaval style of the movie

I would like to print the resulting image in A4 and potentially A3 format on vistaprint.com, so the delivered file should support that.

Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in digital painting
- Strong skills in creating manga style illustrations
- Experience in capturing the likeness and personality of individuals
- Ability to work with color and create vibrant and lively compositions
