I would like you to create me a design of a decision tree based database solution for handling help desk decision tree based support.

It will be module base (i.e., each problem is a separate module). It should involve keywords as a way for a user to start

For example, a user enters one or more keywords in a field and a list of modules (problems) are produced from the keywords. The user selects the problem they are having, and the questioning begins with yes or no type questions only (decision tree) until a solution is found. At this point the solution can be text, audio, video, image, or all of the above.

Problem ---> Questions ---> Solution

Note, this is not your traditional help desk support. There are no phones involved. Just a web front end and a mySQL back end.
This should be a binary decision tree based solution - since each path is either a yes or no decision.
It should be module based. That is each problem (module) stands on its own, there is no interconnections.
The solution has one or more elements (text, audio, video, image, ect).

    there is no human interaction with the user. it is all computer, expert system - but must have a database back end. I know rules and logic flow will be written in php though
