I need to copy a partner companies pricing sheet to send to my clients.

These instructions are for the creation of a simple price sheet for refrigerants my company is involved in the purchasing of. This sheet is from a partner company with whom I work closely. So I want to base mine off of it but change the look as much as possible and lower the prices paid on mine slightly.
The sheet we're copying will be a pdf titled AC-Sheet1
I'll include a copy of my logo in JPEG to change from their logo in the top middle. An example of my logo is on Tab1
Please use the color scheme from my logo(light blue and black) throughout the sheet.
1.)Change logo on Header on top to the Titan Energy Assets(My company) logo.
2.)Change where it says "The AC Refrigerant Buyback Program" to " CHILLER DECOMMISSIONING | REFRIGERANT BUYBACK" in simular font as on Tab2
3.)Change the next section starting with "Alfa Cantor pays"…...And change it to…"As Part of our Nationwide Comprehensive Chiller Decommissioning Services TEA Pays Industry High Prices for Used Refrigerants of all Types.
4.)Add a section that says: Freight costs covered by TEA If gross weight over 300 pounds
5.)Keep section starting with "We pay based on total volume"
6.)Keep section starting with "We use third-party"
7.)Remove section beginning with "Alfa Cantor offers a wide range of"…..and the table below it with different tank options
8.)Change the footer from Alfa Cantor's information to my company info from "REFRIGERANTBUYERS.pdf" and on TAB3 including rhe part that says "Call email or visit our website today…but change the email address to "Purchasing@TitanEnergyAssets.com"




All the pricing boxes we'll keep the same but we'll change the prices.
