We want a custom building icon vectorised for a building

The buildings address and photos is here:

The style we want is most similar to these:

HOWEVER, it must not have so much dark thick lines on it - the lines must be thin (the icon will be used on printed and must be thin outlines)

Please capture all the details of the original building - the windows, the ledges, the shape as perfectly as possible
