I am looking to have a 30 second commercial made for Dentists in New York City, I want a nice intro explaining if people are looking for dentist services in the New York City area that they can contact us to find a local dentist in the area. We want a fun and energetic video for people to click to come to our website. You can use stock imagery or stock videos, also please add nice graphics, and sound. Any questions or suggestions please ask.

Just kindly advising !Considering that a custom made spot with actors for small companies starts from maybe about usd 1000... but can easily cost 10k in case you want selected set design and location etc. your budget is not allowing much else than 1) using templates 2) animate just some photos and text. If you post a fixed project you will get many different offers and will win an overview... without that you MUST award the project then. So risk free for you.

Ok, well what I am looking for is more graphic work than the stock footage..I would like something with nice graphics, and nice images, that would attract people to click and fill out info to see a dentist.

  Your contest prize is guaranteed, so you'll have to give it away even if you don't like any of the submitted videos. Therefore, since your contest will be active for four more weeks, instead of increasing the budget, it would be more beneficial for you to search for the exact kind of stock footage you want and like, and just share it with the contestants (you should check whether it's legal to share it, though).
  
  Then you can decide whether to have a voiceover or not - a video will be much better if you have a voiceover made by a professional voiceover talent. Again, it would be best that you chose the type of voice you want (male or female, young or old, with or without an accent).
