Create an Animation for Project Advisers

Contest Brief

This 3d animation (unless you have a better looking alternative) is for a Game Design Document, the chosen artist will have a step up in the other contest and eventually the project. So here is what I need.

The image must be 1st person (so the player looks at but is not seen) his 8 advisers. 4 on each side

Here are the advisers:

1.Economic adviser
2.Military adviser
3.Sciences adviser
4.Religious adviser
5.Cultural adviser
6.Internal Ministry
7.External politics
8.Intelligence adviser

The advisers and the room should transform from one age to the next; The animation should starts in the Stone Age all the advisers around a fire, then Bronze Age around a Greek table, then medieval age around a knights table, etc. and end in the Modern age around a boardroom.
The animation should be able to be read by flash or common PC software.
No sound necessary. Just image will be fine.
