I need a very simple, custom navigation menu created for a website I am developing. I have the design assets and have provided them in the contest description.

My budget is $50

Once finished, I will need the finished product to be delivered in a .zip file with a directory folder, containing a INDEX.html file with the code, an Image folder containing the molecule images, and if you use CSS or JAVA then also those folders with the INDEX.js and INDEX.css files as well.

I would like the code to be written in a way to allow making very easy changes to the various ON / OFF / HOVER states, as well as change the images used for the menu and menu item sections.

The navigation menu design will be a Molecule design.

It must remain static in the top left corner of the website, and must have several properties for how it looks and functions during various states.

1. MOUSE OFF STATE:
(Design): Molecule 1
(Drop Down Menu): Closed

2. MOUSE OVER STATE:
(Molecule Design): Molecule 2
(Drop Down Menu): Closed

3. CLICKED STATE:
(Molecule Design): Molecule 2
(Drop Down Menu): Open
(Drop Down Menu Item Design): 1

4. MOUSE OFF STATE, AFTER CLICKED:
(Molecule Design): 2
(Drop Down Menu): Open
(Drop Down Menu Item Design): 1

5. MOUSE OVER MENU ITEMS:
(Molecule Design): 2
(Drop Down Menu): Open
(Drop Down Menu Item Design): 2

6. MOUSE OFF MENUE ITEMS:
(Molecule Design): 2
(Drop Down Menu): Open
(Drop Down Menu Item Design): 1

7. MOUSE CLICK OFF OF MENU (ANYWHERE):
(Molecule Design): 1
(Drop Down Menu): Closed

8. SPEED DELAY FOR STATE CHANGES:
(Open/Close/Molecule design change): 0.3 seconds

  Hi Oscar, if you have a better looking set of graphics, you can use yours. But I would like to be able to, and also know how to, change them if I need to.

  Also, I'm not sure if I noticed correctly. For the nav menu items, when you hovered your mouse over them, did they change states? Or did you have to click them for them to change states? Just in case, I would like the state change to happen on during mouse over please.
