Contest Brief

I'm looking for a talented illustrator to create unique and engaging T-shirt designs centered around scuba diving. These designs will be used to create and enhance my personal brand which I am starting to develop. I am me and I enjoy being different (like everyone else). I currently cave dive so looking for designs using the side mounted cylinders configuration. I would also like to consider the use of a fish, Latin name Sander-Lucioperca or Zander. The fish is a cross breed of an aggressive Pike and a striped spiny dorsal Perch. Zander is also My nickname given my first name Alexander.
The designs can range from cartoonist to military technical or futuristic I am happy to consider all ideas. Something to fit every mood. Initial Designs would be a simple side view with other designs moving to action with the Zander geared up moving through a dark cave environment.

Other ideas I have considered are along the lines of a detailed technical drawing in the style of a blueprint, an anatomy of a diver.
A tarot card depicting a diver with adventure, peril, great reward, unlucky symbolism or numbering.
A Haynes maintenance manual showing the diver with gear expanded outward with a small step by step guide of equipment.
An anatomically accurate heart in the shape of a cave cookie, again the Zander branding could be in there somewhere.

The use of round cave cookies or cave arrows would be most agreeable somewhere in the design even if it were to create a border/ frame, like a window .

I am open to out of the box thinking and imagery looking for something different. Thanks in advance for your consideration and time. I have set the budget below. This is my first ask so unsure on this part, if it is for one design or many so ready to haggle for the most striking designs. I am keen and excited to start getting my ideas onto the shirts I would like to wear so please do not take the budget as fixed. I have some other ideas also so there is potential repeat custom
