One-page Strategic Plan Design – Oceania Gymnastics Union We are looking for a designer to create a one-page, public-facing visual summary of the Oceania Gymnastics Union Strategic Plan. The final design will be used to communicate our strategy to our Member Federations, partners, stakeholders and the broader gymnastics community across the Oceania region. What the design needs to include The one-page Strategic Plan must clearly present: 1. Our Vision and Mission Our Vision and Mission should be prominent and easy to understand. 2. Our Values Our organisational values need to be clearly listed and incorporated into the overall design. 3. Our Four Islands of Focus Our strategy is built around four key areas, which we describe as our Four Islands of Focus. Each Island of Focus will need to include: the name of the Island a brief description of what it represents the key areas or priorities that sit within it Full copy for the Vision, Mission, Values and Four Islands of Focus will be provided for the final design. Creative direction We would like the design to draw inspiration from Oceania and the island nations that make up our region. The concept of the Four Islands of Focus provides an opportunity to create a strong visual representation of the strategy. We are open to creative interpretations of this idea and do not necessarily want four literal islands. The design should feel connected to Oceania and reflect the diversity, movement and energy of our region. This could potentially be achieved through elements inspired by: the Pacific and its island nations ocean, water or coastal forms connections between islands and countries movement and flow patterns, shapes or visual elements influenced by the region We want to avoid anything that feels like a tourism advertisement, cartoon tropical islands or generic palm-tree imagery. The finished piece should feel modern, professional, engaging and distinctly Oceania. It should also be visually interesting enough that people will want to engage with the strategy, while remaining clear and easy to read. Brand The design should complement the existing Oceania Gymnastics Union brand, while allowing some creativity in how the Oceania/island concept is interpreted. Brand guidelines, logo files and final Strategic Plan content will be supplied. Final deliverables The winning designer will be required to provide: final print-ready PDF high-resolution digital version editable/source file all fonts and image/graphic usage to be appropriately licensed The document should be designed so that it can be used both digitally and as a printed one-page Strategic Plan.
