Hello there,

I am currently building a visual novel and I am looking to outsource some of my work. I'd like a 3D visual map similar to the one illustrated in the image provided. It's a college town set in the modern day with the following locations:
- Dorms
- Hospital
- Park
- Bar
- Café
- Admin Building
- Lecture Hall/Classrooms
- Gym
- Some residential buildings
- Grocery Store
- Beach

The winner of this contest will have an paid ongoing contract with me to periodically make maps like this. It should have a Miami vibe to it.

UPDATE:
The image size should be 2560 x1440 or 1280 x 720.

Tip: A basic layout of the map is
- The Admin building should be in the north of the map
- The park should be in the west
- Lecture halls should be in the east
- Gym, Dorms and Grocery store should be close together and near the center of the map but not too far from the classrooms.
- Beach should be in the south east and close to the bar and café
- South west should be some residential buildings

Please make sure the roads are connected in a way that makes sense and some of them should lead away from the map offscreen. Art style should be somewhat cartoonish like the image I linked. You can add your own flair like trees here and there etc... PLEASE REVIEW THE ATTACHED IMAGE. It will help you out a lot. Thanks for participating, I'm looking forward to seeing what you all come up with.
