I need 4 banner ads created for a retargeting campaign for our electronic hookah website www.citypuffs.com. Banners must have boarders. Here are the following sizes:

160x600
728x90
300x250 (I would like this one animated no more than 25 seconds.)
320x50

The text should read "Save 15% on your entire order and free U.S. shipping. Discount Code: CP2014"

These should be eye catching ads as the goal is to bring back customers to our site.

- The content has to be the same on all the banners or different content for each one ?
- Where do we put the text you provided "Save 15% on your entire ..."
- Where these banners are gonna be used.
