Design a Banner for a minecraft server

Contest Brief
Hey guys I'm in need of a banner for my Minecraft server "BlazeFire" ip. play.blazefire.ca, come check out spawn, we've been around for over 2 years now, our main aspect is survival, with some Pvp and a creative world, but absolutely no griefing.
It needs to include.
1. Name of server (BlazeFire).
2. Ip address (play.blazefire.ca).
3. game types, Survival,creative, Pvp and mini games (Creative and mini games are for fun things for the player to do, our main aspect/game type is SURVIVAL).
4. maybe something along the lines that were protected from people griefing.
5.some other things that you see fit.
This banner will help to promote the server, so the design needs to stand out to draw players in.
The standard size for minecraft banners is 468x60 pixels.
The banner needs to be either a png a jpg or a gif
I'd prefer a rotating gif
Freelancer doesn't want to load gifs, so just post an image or an image of the banner then upload it to something like photobooth or imgur and post the link under the entrie, thanks!
Banner will be posted on multiple websites such as minestatus, mineservers, planetminecraft, mcsl and more.
Will post a link to our server bio for even more information about our server.

Maybe if you moved the blazefire writing down, then had the survival, creative, pvp and mini games and the ip come in at a separate time.like the one i did my self.
