We need a tri-fold Mattress Brochure that will be handed out to prospective rental tenants looking for apartments in several different apartment complexes. The brochure will be included with a rental package and offer the tenants a discount on our revolutionary mattress. How the brochure is laid out is entirely your call. Details and content about this mattress are available at the following Kickstarter marketing campaign: (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/2146820707/sleepovation-700-tiny-mattresses-in-one?ref=nav_search ) .

In addition, the Download Media link towards the bottom of the Kickstarter page provides more content. Please watch the 90 second video and feel free to insert any screen grabs from the video. We will substitute in high-resolution images for any captured images you use in the final printed brochure. Additional content can also be gleaned from our twitter page: https://twitter.com/sleepovation.

We need a section at the end of the brochure that says Exclusive Offer, followed by a listing of the apartment complexes (approximately 10) that the offer is good for, along with a “Residents receive a 15% discount! Use Code: _____”

Requirements:
- 8.5"x11" OR 9"x12" OR 8.5"x14" trifold brochure
- Elegant, professional and sleek looking
- Final files in Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign format.
- Any images from our content can be screen grabs or low resolution that we will substitute with our high-resolution images
- Any images or artwork you supply will need to be high-resolution or vector.

Excuse me . In the description you mentioned that you need a section in the end saying "Exclusive Offer, followed by a listing of the apartment complexes". I did not find any list of apartment complexes in the website , so can you please retouch it for me ?
