Dear Freelancers,

I would need a design for a gift certificate or voucher so that the person who has it can change it with a service (a car wash in this case).

This certificate/voucher must have:

- A logo (logo shared below)
- A description of what this is for (see "Description" below)
- A space for stamping a unique number
- A space for signature
- A space for additional information (see "Additional info" below)

Regarding the size, I'd like to hear your suggestions, but I believe that this should be no larger than 1/8 of a letter sheet.
The design MUST be very clean (having a lot of white is NOT a bad thing).
Note: please consider that the text will change once the certificate/voucher is selected.
