  This looks amazing! Did it way fast too. Instead of checkmarks could it be triangles (front page)? On the back page is there a graphical way of communicating the "normal process" and the "painless restore files"? Same idea with "if files changed confirm with customer"? I would like the message to be communicated with as few words as possible. Thanks for your entry! Really does look amazing!
