Hi.
I need a 8.5*11 (vertical orientation) cover designed for a timeshare cover. This is going to be used a prop in a show, and is not for any real timeshare project.
You can use any images you want.

The title of the timeshare is ' Flower's Gardens'.
The other text that should be on there is 'A luxurious development that YOU can now own!'
and
'Our prices are a steal !'
And 'Contact your friendly local agent - Lindsay Flowers - for more details'

The image used should fit this description - 'a low rise hotel on a beach with palm trees'.
It SHOULD look like it could be the cover of a real timeshare portfolio - hence is should show a building which looks like it could be a timeshare building

To clarify - I do not mind what images you use - so long as it fits the description, and looks like it could be a timeshare building.
