I NEED to redesign my fashion website home page ,,, it is an outfit ideas website that learns women how to dress well (NOT A SHOPPING website)

my requirement is :
1- it will be made for mobile screen not desktop
2- The photos that you will put in the design MUST BE royalty free or you must give me the information if they request credit them ,, I can credit them easily
3- put in mind that it is a women website so design should be feminine
4- attached is the text of the home page so you can imagine how will you design the home page to contain this text
