We are an environmentally friendly and eco-aware company.
We have a shop that is a cafe - called "Orea Cafe".
We also have a software business, called "Orea Apps" which includes some apps that are completed and some that are in-development.
The software business in new, the cafe is not new.

We need the following items:
1. For "Orea Cafe" - we already have an logo and and icon (attached called Orea Cafe Logo FINAL - GRV - 13-02-14 - v4. PDF). We do not want these changed. WE NEED a longer graphic to use together with the items in the attachment. The new longer sign must have the word "cafe" on the same level as the word "Orea", not under it. We will continue using the logo and icon we already have, but will ALSO use the new graphic. The word "Orea" should not be changed in the new graphic. It needs to be supplied in vector format or high resolution.
2. For "Orea Apps" - we already have an icon (attached called hi-res logo square.jpg). It is the same as the other logo except it is has been resized to be square. We will keep this icon. WE NEED 2 new graphics that include this icon. The two new graphics will be a sign that says "Orea Apps". The first graphic must have the words "Orea" and "Apps" on the same level, and the second one must have the word "Orea" above and the word "Apps" below. The should be different from the "Orea Cafe" sign. If you change the icon, it must be similar to the exisitng icon. We like pictures of leaves, and the colour yellow.. The design needs to be simple and clean. The design and creativity is up to you. . We have attached a leaf picture that we like.
3. We have existing software called "Goldfish" that uses the logo/graphic that is attached. WE NEED a new graphic for a new software product that is called "Parrot". It should be a similar theme to the "Goldfish" graphic, but it should show the picture of a parrot. We need a full graphic (high resolution or vector format) and also an ICON. The graphic must include a transparent background. Please also update the attached goldfish graphic to have a transparent background.. but do not just change "black colour" to transparent.. as this will also change the black pixels in the picture.

Are you saying that the parrot design from the contest winner is not his work ? I did tineye search it, and it appeared unique... Please tell me if that is not true. I am happy to say sorry. More than that, I have asked freelancer if it is possible to compensate you as well. I await their response. And any suggestiuon if you have it.

  you think I don't mean it ? why ? Yes, I did mean it. It is why am happy to correct any mistakes, and make it fair for you.. It is not from the numbering that says the parrot is the main focus.. it is from that being the only part that requried something created from nothing. the other parts were small edits to existing graphics. In item #2 it starts by "saying we have a logo" and creating a new logo it not necessary as we can use the one we have.. it was an optional part of item #2..

  It was a mistake by a junior person in the office here. it would not affect the result.. the main part of the contest was the design of the parrot graphic. we can either proceed with the final result without containing any disputed graphic, or we can see if possible to assign some part of contest, or something like that, to you for the graphic.. I will wait for freelancer dispuate team to advise on the best way forward.. Unless you have a suggested approach ?

  Just lame excuses....we are a team of professionals not Juniors, I am not interested in working for you any more, I don't work for immature and unfair people, you are very happy with the parrot design, ask the designer is it original or a copy of someone else work with some editing. I have the resource link to the parrot design as well and now I will have more strong point to deal with both of you. I simply want you and him to say sorry and accept what you both did, not bring Juniors or kids in the game now. Its a very highly professional network. Now you have removed the tweet, that shows your honesty, but don't worry, I re-tweeted it and took the screen shot as well. Now I have put my design to have copyrights. The designer crossed the Freelancer terms of services by sharing his personal info and the Contest Holder by making the designer to make a copy of my design. Is it fair, why wasting our time. When you say you will check for the image through tinyeye, don't we have the right to ask why you did this...Need your comments...both the designer and the contest holder... Best regards.

I *will* be using tineye.com to check to see if the parrot image is just taken from another site (like shutterstock.com) or is created. We cannot accept it if it is someone else's image.
