Contest Brief

I have a website which needs a logo.

The theme of the site is that it is for people who live in properties where there are shared interests. So they need to vote, comment on new ideas for the property. This is most relevant for those who own apartments/units who must discuss/vote on ideas for the property

So it could be a house/apartment/unit that is included in the concept.
It should also contain "housing admin" in the logo. It would be nice if imagery and the text could be standalone (so the wording underneath or to the right of the image)

Words that might help you with your concept include.
- modern
- clean
- simple
- memorable
- flat

The colour scheme should be based on the following site
http://test.housingadmin.com/

The logo will be used throughout the site, but obviously the top left of the website is where it will be most obvious.
