Contest Brief

I need a great logo for a law office in Brazil.
The color I tought about wine, dark blue or brown. Not the three of them mixed ,maybe two, or even only one.
The name of the office is "Lamattina & Moretto" and the slogan is "Advogados Associados".
The logo don't need to have a symbol, but the letter "L & M" should be the trademark of this logo design.
Should be something sober.
Need the .eps, .psd and .png files so I can resize for press and digital application.
