Contest Brief

I'm looking to get a logo made up for a mobile application called "PD Outreach". The app allows law enforcement agencies to offer a customize mobile application to the residents who live in their city to bridge the communications gap that exists. The goal is to provide resources and promote interaction and community involvement

I will also be needing app icons and splash screens in the near future so more work will be needed.
