The logo will be used for the federation of muslim women of quebec (FMWQ or FFMQ in french). This is an organization that seeks to:
-Advocate and defend the interests and rights of Muslim Women
-Combat against poverty, violence, discrimination, marginalization and exclusion of muslim women
-Educate and train the muslim women to be a better community and social advocate
-Organize social movements to promote awareness of what a muslim women means and does.
-Create a network of solidarity with other women groups.

No color restrictions however 3 colors or less is better. Be creative, catchy but no msn messenger icons please. Please don't put a clear symbol (like a headscarf or a crescent).

The logo needs to respect that the organization is both french and english so better not to have the FMWQ or FFMQ in the logo. Thanks

  The symbol is sometimes translated to divinity of nobility,but not as a status given by birth.It's nobility in spirit,a noble character ,serving all equally.It's nice that you've asked about this ,I am very passionate about symbolism and there is always something new to learn even from old symbols.Had to look again deeply into the meanings of fleur-de-lis.And by the way , I love your avatar picture.

Hi everyone, can you see the edited description:
-the organization is french and english so the acronym in the logo won't probably work.
-no clear symbols (like headscarfs and crescents) because not all members wear a headscarfs and not all are actually muslim supporters only.
