Contest Brief

Hello guys!
I'm developing a market share analysis tool that will work in a a website and app.
The tool is for measuring the market size and competition in the stainless steel industry in Brazil.
The name of the tool is: MetalShare - that's the name I want in the logo. I already have one for another tool that was very well made by a freelancer here. I`d like something similar to that.
It's mandatory give me the logo in vector format (.psd and .ai/.eps) and also in .png and .jpg.
Is a plus if you give me the logo with Facebook and Twitter dimensions for profiles and covers.
