Contest Brief

UPDATED *** After review of the designs that came in more cartoonlike, I no longer want to move in that direction... I want it to look sophisticated and memorable.

Looking for a cool, fresh logo for a realty site called dcburb.com. I am open to dcBurb.com, DCBurb,com, and am open to creativity. I like blues, greens and grays, and one design feature that I can think of would be to include the Washington Monument or US Capitol or White House in the background.... but very much into creativity if you think you have a better idea.

To reiterate, fresh and clean but also hopefully surmise that it is a realty/homes website from the brand, dcburb. com. Very open to creativity and new ideas. Thanks for being a part of this project, have fun and good luck. =)
