  Thank you - you did a very good job on this overall, the main issue I see is that he looks too serious, perhaps even a bit mean :) This is true to the picture perhaps, but I think how the other artist interpreted him with a friendly look would work best for a product like cookies

Iceman the photo of your dad on the horse(scan23) is awesome! Its a pity from a logo standpoint you cant get that kind of detail into it but it would make a fantastic ad.

  Unfortunately all I have is a scan from film, which is the resolution you see. The original film print wasn't very high-res to begin with :)

  The font more reminds me of something Hawaiian. I've seen the word Hawaii printed like this before and it immediately brings beaches to mind. Also, in comparison to the design such as #6 the illustration technique used maintains a high level of detail and looks more like a brand I would see at the grocery store

  Yes I can, but I want to update it publicly as well, so I will keep trying. I changed a few minor, but important details - however the one submission I rated right now has hit many of the elements very well so in some ways it is a better guide than my written description :)

I am trying to edit the contest description to make it better, but Freelancer is not letting me - the script to update apparently crashes and I am left with a white web browser screen :(

Hi,I think i have better ideas.Is it mandatory for the logo to contain the human figure?Also as it is a food product shades in blue is not appropriate.Shades in blue goes well with ice creams...Let me know as i feel earth colours are more close to and appealing..Let me know so that i can submit my design...Regards
