Contest Brief

Company name: BeCos People Management
What We Do: HR Consulting to Small/Medium Business - Recruitment, Performance Management, Contracts, Risk Management, Strategic Solutions etc

I would like the logo to represent partnership, trust and openness.

Colours I would like to incorporate are green, blue and black/grey, not too bright. However I can be open to other suggestions as well. I am open to fonts, but prefer a font that is easy to read and professional.
I am also open to design/style however I did have something in mind.....
I like the idea of a tree to the left of BeCos and People Management on another line and have either the people as leaves or have a couple of people in the tree with a tree branch reaching out over BeCos and then incorporating the 'o' into a person. The tree for me represents growth and one organisation working together (with people inside the tree).

I am seeking creative ideas and am open at this point.

Just want to clarify that I am looking for colours that are not overly bright and I am liking the BeCos on one line and the people management on another. The green and blue on conceptcreation6 and debbi789 designs are preferable.
